IT Support Engineer Location: Norwich (Hybrid) Salary: £25-30kExcellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to work within a varied support role, covering 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support across the business (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line) Configure, set up, and maintain PCs, Macs, laptops, and printers, ensuring all equipment is up to date and fully functional. Manage and troubleshoot Windows domains, Office 365, SharePoint, and hosted phone systems. Monitor the service desk system, ensuring timely and effective responses to IT support requests. Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and system accounts for new users. Work with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues when required. About You Demonstrable experience working within IT Support Strong knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft domains, etc. Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, including building, configuring, and supporting networked devices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
