At KFH we are looking for a regional team leader within our Block Management division in Wimbledon.

Are you experienced in successfully managing, motivating, and routinely developing people, both internally and externally? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We are looking for an individual that can collaborate with others and share their knowledge, experience and skills. You will report into our Divisional Manager.
Key accountabilities:
1. Regularly review team productivity to ensure KPIs are met and high standards of customer service are maintained.
2. Manage workloads effectively and take corrective action when necessary to maintain these standards.
3. Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and customer service standards.
4. Report performance to the Divisional Manager in an agreed format and frequency, including commentary on underperformance and documented corrective actions.
5. Handle escalated problems and issues from your team and clients, resolving them according to management agreements or company policies.
6. Coach team members through solutions and escalate formal complaints to the Operations Manager with all necessary information for efficient processing.
7. Ensure that the properties within your portfolio are effectively and safely managed on behalf of your clients in line with agreed budgets, ensuring that they meet all legal and regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service.
