Main duties of the job Responsibilities include effective coaching and direct involvement in quality improvement projects. The role encompasses delivering training to SPA Administrators and Front of House Receptionists. You'll be expected to develop and maintain training materials, facilitate local inductions to the department and support data analysis for training programs and service delivery.
