Maintain an R&O for all financial aspects of business including outturn expectations Provide direction to the Commercial team to improve the bottom line, drive sales, revenue and return on investment. Supporting cost control and simplification Build, manage, track and evaluate investments and promotions to drive profit growth and capital expenditure challenge and forecast accuracy Undertake and drive insightful analysis of all KPI's Manage and develop a finance team (total team size of 9; 4 direct reports and 5 indirect reports) Establish effective relationships with all members of the senior management team and develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the business Constantly strive to simplify processes while maintaining adequate controls What we're looking for: A fully qualified accountant, ideally with FMCG / Retail / Hospitality experience Strong commercial finance background, ideally with FP&A experience A strong communicator who is comfortable challenging the status quo Strong, positive leadership and proven ability to motivate, challenge and delegate Able to interpret and communicate financial issues to non-finance stakeholders Ability to roll sleeves up and get into the detail when required Business partner at Board level Well organised, with high attention to detail Ready to start your journey with us, APPLY NOW
