What the Telesales job involves:
1. Researching within the industry to find new opportunities.
2. Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to promote business products.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with customers ensuring they are kept informed of new products and promotions.
4. Inputting customer details into the CRM system.
5. Liaising with the quotation team to generate quotes.
Skills required:
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
2. Self-managed and able to work on your own initiative.
Other information:
1. OTE up to £45,000.
2. Full or part-time hours available.
3. 20 Days plus bank holidays.
4. Hybrid working available after initial training.
5. Health care scheme.
