Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordinating winning bids? As a Bid Coordinator at Blu-3, you'll be the backbone of our Estimating Team, ensuring our proposals are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time. You'll liaise with multiple departments—Commercial, Technical, Quality, and Legal—to craft compelling tenders that stand out.

What you’ll be doing
* Bid Coordination: Organize and manage tenders, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and attend key bid meetings.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and contribute to our bid information library.
* Document Preparation: Create project profiles, format proposals, and manage submission compliance.
* Legal & Compliance: Work closely with the legal team to reflect contract adjustments in our bids.
* Submission & Analysis: Finalize, submit proposals, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in bid coordination, tenders, or proposals (Construction industry preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
* Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
