Care Coordinator
Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
Pay: £14.25 per hour

About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Working closely with our care team, you will coordinate and manage personalised care for residents, tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals. Responsibilities include organising shifts, administering and recording medications, liaising with health professionals, and maintaining detailed, computerised care plans. You’ll also support the induction, training, and supervision of support staff, ensuring a high standard of care across the team.
Reports to: Home Manager
Skills and Attributes
• Experience in supervising a care team.
• Strong empathy and understanding of residents’ needs.
• Excellent leadership skills, with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Keen attention to detail, organised, and methodical.
• Flexibility with schedules, roles, and responsibilities.
Education and Qualification
• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
