The Job Role
o Operations Support Manager.
o To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience across multiple sites.
o The Operations Support Manager will support the operations manager with staff training, compliance audits, mobilisations, relaunches, marketing and brand standards.
o The Operations Support Manager with assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR processes.
o The Operations Support Manager will report to the operations manager.
The Requirements
o A strong individual from a quality led multi-site and/or multi outlet catering operation.
o Experience within contract catering is desirable.
o A clear communicator who can can liaise with clients.
o Background as a support manager or multisite general manager is ideal.
o A diligent self-starter with a passion for people development.
o Tech savvy and comfortable using computing applications.

o Essex region
o A regional road based role in the above locations
