Our client a leading regionalfirm with offices scattered across Yorkshire and London are seekingan accomplished Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with a specialisedfocus on brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10years PQE a proven track record of successfully handling such casesand will have a strong understanding of the emotionalmedical and legal aspects involved in cases of this nature. Thelocation for this role is flexible but the successful candidatewill be required to commute to their Doncaster office twice weeklyand travel across Yorkshire and beyond catering to clients needsand industry engagements.
KeyResponsibilities:
Manage brain injury cases comprehensively offering unparalleledlegal support and empathy.
Collaborate with the team to prioritise client rehabilitation andefficient case management.
Maintaintransparent communication with clients families and stakeholders toensure optimal outcomes.
Customizecase strategies to address the unique needs of eachclaimant.
Coordinate extensivedocumentation and expert reports to present each clients narrativeeffectively.
Work closely withseasoned counsel to ensure stellar clientrepresentation.
Employ ADR techniquesto maximize settlements while preparing cases for trial ifrequired.
Ensure judicious costmanagement across all cases.
Stayabreast of pertinent personal injury law developments particularlyin the realm of brain injury.
Contribute significantly to teamwide marketing and developmentinitiatives.
Requirements
* Proventrack record of successfully managing brain injury cases from startto finish including within court proceedings and Joint SettlementMeetings.
* A passion forensuring early and fullrehabilitation.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills utilising a variety ofmethods with the ability to empathise with clients patiently andeffectively advocate on theirbehalf.
* Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities with meticulous attention to detail andthe ability to formulate case strategies andtactics.
