To pro-actively identify areas of improvement to the existing Workforce Systems and processes. To act as a lead specialist advisor on all workforce systems to all users particularly on ESR, E-Rostering, Job Planning and CIS. To work with the Head of Service to analyse how the workforce systems can be used to align/integrate with the output of highly complex business processes. To support with Trust Workforce Objectives in relations to sustainability plans, implementation of E-Rostering and E-Job Planning and the readiness assessments for ESR developments.
