Central Employment are working in partnership with a hugely successful Online Retail & Interiors organisation, as they look to expand their in-house eCommerce and Performance Marketing team. They have a new and pivotal role for a data and insights driven Paid Search Manager, reporting into the eCommerce Manager.
Paid Search Manager profile:
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of my clients PPC campaigns and drive performance across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.
1. Deep understanding of my clients current paid media/paid search strategies, tools, and processes.
2. Shadow ongoing campaigns to learn best practices and how the campaigns are structured.
3. Identify quick-win opportunities and implement early optimizations to enhance PPC performance.
4. Take ownership of PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet performance targets while aligning with customer intent and behaviour.
5. Expand paid media efforts across Paid Social Ads, Amazon and AWIN.
6. Develop and execute testing strategies for creative assets, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
7. Provide regular performance reports with key insights, test results, and next steps.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and campaign alignment.
9. Consistently deliver high-performing campaigns that exceed expectations.
10. Optimize and scale non-brand paid search campaigns to improve CTR and search impression share.
11. Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and implement continuous improvements.
12. Drive growth on emerging platforms through refined strategies.
13. Develop insights and strategies for personalized landing pages to enhance conversions.
14. Circa 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
15. Operated in a Paid Search Agency or an eCommerce setting.
16. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
17. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
18. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally towards shared goals.
19. Expertise in executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
20. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
21. Experience in shaping creative strategies for performance marketing.
