Sales Advisor – InMotion – Gatwick North
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 30 hours fully flex

As a Sales Advisor, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver fantastic store standards.
* Share product knowledge with customers to ensure they are delighted with their purchases.
Airport Requirements:
* 5 years continuous references – to gain an airport pass you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of either employment or education references without any gaps.
* Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful.
* Photographic ID i.e. passport or UK Driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Play a part within a winning team to assist in driving sales, commerciality, and service standards.
* Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services to customers.
* Deliver best in marketplace standards through presentation, availability, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenges that come with it.
What our Store Leadership Team would love to see:
* Current/recent retail product (or similar) sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with working knowledge of KPIs such as ATV.
* Good communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and assist with product choices.
* A passion for providing a great customer experience by offering amazing product knowledge.
* Great organization skills and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping to deliver daily activities.
* Creating a sense of pride within the store, ensuring both colleague and customer facilities are of a good standard, and that we operate safely and legally.
