Job Role
My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join an expanding sales team. The role is suitable for someone passionate about property and finance, seeking a long-term career within a supportive company that will help develop your sales skills into becoming a sales superstar.
Requirements
1. Experience in telephone sales
2. Setting up broker appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
3. Creating terms of business
4. Case management
5. Prospecting potential customers
6. Chasing terms within a specified timeframe
7. Handling professional quotations
8. Managing internal CRM systems
9. Clear and concise communication with surveyors, lawyers, and developers
10. Collaborating with the underwriting team
11. Meeting KPIs and exceeding targets
12. Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment
13. Property experience is advantageous but not essential
14. Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, at our Borehamwood office (flexible hours from 8am to 6:30pm)
15. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
16. Benefits include daily breakfast and lunch (hot options with vegetarian choices and salads), pension contribution (after 3 months), healthcare insurance (post-probation), discretionary annual bonus (up to 10% of salary), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and drinks on Fridays at the office from 4:30pm (attendance required, no early leave).
