This is a fast-paced customer facing role with a broad range of responsibilities. Qualifications: - Degree qualified or equivalent experience Min 5 Years - Hold a recognised Project Management qualification. - Experience of managing aerospace systems - Experience of working in a matrix organisation - Demonstrated track record in achieving challenging milestones and budgets. - Full Project lifecycle experience - Experience in commercial, engineering or operations within the Aerospace industry. Skills: - Has the ability to create, manage and execute a project plan. - Has strong communication skills and the ability to achieve by influencing others. Ability to build relationships with customers and other external stakeholders. - Familiar with MS Office applications and Microsoft Project - Be able to facilitate problem solving and gaining engagement in resolving day to day issues. - Actively executes Risk, Issues and Opportunities - Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunities. - Responsible for planning and performance of Life Cycle Gate, including preceding Reviews. - A 'can do' attitude is essential. - Ability to motivate. - Managing multiple projects and priorities - Strong stakeholder management skills - Delivery focussed. - Clear communicator - Ability to lead. - Be able to embrace and drive change. - Able to present to Customers and senior leaders.
