We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Temporary Business Support Coordinator to join our client in the heart of Edinburgh.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Diary and credit card expenses management
* Travel coordination- book travel and accommodation, pull together itineraries and any relevant background notes
* Facilities Management
* Organise Board and Committee meetings including agenda and collating papers
* Assist with client/project documentation
* Assist with all elements of events held both for the office and for clients
* Handle incoming calls
* Act at first point of contact for visitors
* Manage the meeting room booking system
* Perform scanning, photocopying, printing & document management
* Undertake any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the office
