Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring real estate acquisitions within the single-family rental sector.
* Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, due diligence, and market research.
* Assist in preparing investment committee memos and supporting transaction execution.
* Present financing opportunities and provide post-closing support for asset management.
* You will play a key role in the investment team, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the platform while working in a fun, fast-growing, and dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
* Strong academic credentials from a leading university or business school.
* 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or real estate debt.
* Advanced analytical and IT skills.
* Strong financial modelling, analysis, and research skills (advanced Excel proficiency required).
* Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
* This role would suit someone who is looking to move from one of the large real estate consultancies to their first client side role.
