Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As PR Manager, you will work within the overall discipline of Hotel PR to increase brand awareness of The Balmoral and Rocco Forte Hotels. Ensure that the brand values and key messages run through all PR activity.
In this key role, you will control how the hotel and Rocco Forte brand are portrayed in and outside of the property, ensuring your vision is clearly communicated throughout. As the public face and representative of a five-star hotel, you will be warm, approachable, and impeccably presented.
The role will involve coordinating media content, assisting the team with preparation for journalist and influencer visits, populating content for the monthly PR report, and managing the organization of the PR photography library.
Outstanding communication skills are a given, and you’ll be brimming with ideas for compelling, news-worthy stories that showcase the hotel, drawing on your extensive knowledge of the marketplace to tailor content to any given sector. You’ll be adept at thinking on the hop, too — perpetually positive and adaptable.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:
* High personal and professional standards
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues, guests, and the management team
* Thorough practical knowledge of global service standards, the department, individual roles, and responsibilities
* Confidence to lead, encourage, motivate, and guide the team to exceed expectations
* Understanding of a luxury brand with excellent written and spoken English, strong copy-writing and proofing skills, excellent attention to detail, and be highly motivated and creative.
* A relevant degree in this field is also essential and a minimum of one year’s experience in a PR or Marketing agency or in-house team, and previous luxury hotel experience is desirable.
* Confident and outgoing individual demonstrating relationship building, exceptional communication skills, and a true passion for the profession.
