A little about you As a Conveyancing Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our Conveyancing team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property transactions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will have the following: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal, conveyancing, or property services environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent I.T skills A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges A friendly person that is hardworking, but likes to have some fun at work and would enjoy being part of a supportive team Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining client records Assist with preparing and submitting legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and other relevant forms. Dealing with searches, and Mortgage Offers Monitor the progress of transactions and update clients and team members accordingly. Communicating with Estate Agents, Solicitors and third parties Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses Maintain and update internal databases and systems with accurate and up-to-date information Working with our Conveyancing Executives, Legal Advisors, other teams and the firm as a whole Why are we e xpanding our team?
