Marketing Manager required for a Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management
o Oversee and update the companies website, ensuring accurate and engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
o Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and performance.
2. CRM System
o Manage the CRM system to optimise customer engagement and retention.
o Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
o Develop and execute email campaigns and other customer-focused communications.
3. Marketing Platforms Online Classifieds
o Create and manage targeted campaigns across online classifieds to drive leads and sales.
o Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
4. Social Media Platforms
o Develop and manage the social media strategy across all platforms, driving cost-effective organic leads.
o Create compelling content to engage and grow our audience.
o Monitor trends and respond to customer interactions effectively.
5. Reputation Management
o Manage and respond to reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and other platforms.
o Analyse and communicate feedback findings, identifying trends to improve customer perception.
o Drive stores to engage with customers to promote positive reviews and reduce negative feedback.
6. Lead Management
o Analyse and communicate lead statistics to optimise conversion rates.
o Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
7. Renewal Business
o Identify opportunities to target renewal business, such as utilising the company database, finance renewals, and finance partner renewal systems.
8. Public Relations (PR) and Blogs
o Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets.
o Write and publish engaging blogs and press releases to strengthen the companies brand.
9. Collaboration with MB Marketing
o Work closely with MB Marketing, which supports our marketing function, ensuring a strong and productive relationship.
What We re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and CRM systems.
* Exceptional skills in social media management and content creation.
* Experience in analysing data to inform decision-making.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of automotive markets and trends is an advantage.
