Overview
Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a small privately owned Construction company who specialize in high end residential and a variety of other commercial / community projects.. The role is intrinsic to the company and pivotal to delivering the growth targets to double in turnover in the next 3 years.
Responsibilities
* Project delivery of several projects at any given time
* Involvement with overall Project delivery, including programming and information control, arranging subcontractors, dealing with suppliers, architects, designers and clients to keep projects running smoothly and to schedule
* Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of raw materials on a job specific basis
* Occasional site visits
Experience
* Proven experience in a project coordination role or similar position is essential.
* Document Control
* Strong Organizational skills
* Proven experience working in the construction industry.
Full- time
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 a year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
