This will include support of both new and existing fleet in the completion of the harbour and sea acceptance trials. You will be responsible for the development of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for the ALC, maintenance of process maps and written work instructions to support manufacturing. You will also drive continuous improvement and lead on problem solving activity across a wide range of production problems. You will actively participate in problem solving activity to identify the route cause and implement countermeasures and the creation of key KPI’s to support the manufacturing delivery. About You It is desirable you have CQI qualification in Quality Management with significant experience in a boat production or repair environment. You will be a practitioner of Continuous Improvement (Lean or equivalent) methods and have experience of dealing with contractors and external professional bodies. You will be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline or time served apprenticeship.
