Our client, a prestigious law firm based in the heart of London's is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a professional and approachable demeanor, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a client-facing role, the ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, acting as an ambassador for the firm. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday on a shift rotation basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. The salary on offer is up to £40,000. Duties will include: Greet all visitors and answer phone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual as quickly as possible Manage the Front of House space with utmost care and attention Respond to and action emails promptly via Outlook, ensuring they are filed in the appropriate folders Oversee the reception desk on the ground floor, serving all tenants within the building Book guests in and out, ensuring they have a seamless and welcoming experience Address queries from visitors and building occupants in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner Perform administrative tasks as required to support the broader team Please apply today for immediate consideration
