As our ideal candidate, you will have managerial experience in membership retention, acquisition and community building. You understand the Membership Club market and The Conduit’s unique position within it. Responsibilities & Key Duties Above we have listed the skills we would like the Membership Manager to have. Below speaks more about the individual’s abilities to match our company culture: · Co-design the membership acquisition and retention strategy with the Head of Membership and Community, including the budgeting of member growth and member retention in line with the company strategy. · Achieve budgeted yearly membership acquisition and retention forecasts in line with membership category demographics · Design and run activities to attract new members, such as Open House events · Engage with partners to increase the visibility of The Conduit · Produce analysis of membership engagement to ensure data driven sales and retention strategies, and produce a report for the Head of Membership on a monthly basis · Lead the team in securing high levels of nominations from within the community · Develop a pipeline of corporate targets for membership growth · Work closely with the Marketing Team to attract new members, including external communications such as the non-member newsletter, and website for sales purposes · Ensure inclusive approach to member recruitment and demographic balance within the community · Oversee new member onboarding process, including ensuring smooth user experience from completion of online forms to payment · Comply with all statutory and company health and safety and security · Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures · Actively champions and promotes The Conduit Inclusion and Diversity Strategy · Supports and contributes to the overall success of The Conduit · Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs. Educational & Skills · 5 years of sales/business development and account management experience · Experience working with digital communities · Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages a plus · Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail and a sense of urgency · Ability to manage and prioritise challenging workloads · Strongly results oriented, ability to work independently and show initiative Ability to balance several different tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
