At Minitab, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Customer Order Management, and Finance teams. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining customer data, and providing essential administrative support to help drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as a point of contact between for our Sales team, and liaise with Finance and our customers to facilitate order processing and customer account updates
* Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring key account details are up to date
* Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
* Assist with CRM data management and general process improvements
* Support the Revenue Operations team with ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of administrative experience
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a dynamic environment
* A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
