At Minitab, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Customer Order Management, and Finance teams. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining customer data, and providing essential administrative support to help drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
1. Act as a point of contact for our Sales team, and liaise with Finance and our customers to facilitate order processing and customer account updates
2. Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring key account details are up to date
3. Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
4. Assist with CRM data management and general process improvements
5. Support the Revenue Operations team with ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives
6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3+ years of administrative experience
2. Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a dynamic environment
5. A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
