Exciting opportunity to work for a Facilities Management in Basingstoke.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management working as a Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator. In return the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and the opportunity to work for a great company!
Brief Overview;
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 am to 4:30pm
- Office based
- £16p/h Umbrella
- 2 months cover
Essential Responsibilities:
- To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome
- Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e. check-in / check out
- To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone
- Respond to a wide range of members requirements and promote facilities
- Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know-how to access these services to meet the members’ requirements
- Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk
Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Have basic IT skills
- Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- Basic Administration
