Exciting opportunity to work for a Facilities Management in Basingstoke.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management working as a Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and the opportunity to work for a great company!
Brief Overview:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
3. Office based
4. £16p/h Umbrella
5. 2 months cover
Essential Responsibilities:
1. To welcome guests and visitors and ensure you offer a warm welcome.
2. Carrying out all necessary operations when guests arrive i.e. check-in / check out.
3. To be the first point of contact for all members and to deal with all situations in a courteous and professional manner in person and on the phone.
4. Respond to a wide range of members' requirements and promote facilities.
5. Have operational knowledge of all front of house services and know how to access these services to meet the members' requirements.
6. Report all facilities and maintenance issues to the helpdesk.
Essential Skills:
1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Have basic IT skills.
3. Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
5. Basic Administration.
