Peppergreen Farm is a Social Enterprise of WISE Employment, which operates a range of enterprises that create pathways and opportunities for people living with disability and are focused on providing high-quality customer service!
We are currently looking for Barista / Front of House (General) staff to join our team at the Peppergreen Farm.
You will:
1. Prepare hot and cold beverages to order
2. Assist Kitchen Staff with meal preparation
3. Maintain a food safe environment for preparation and storage of products
4. Ensure correct and safe operation of kitchen machinery
5. Open and close the retail store when required including setting up and packing away.
6. Provide front of house service to customers including sales and bookings
7. Manage public enquiries through telephone, email and in person in a timely professional manner
8. Manage stock and display items
9. Perform end of day reconciliation
10. Provide active supervision and support to Supported Employees and Volunteers resulting in the delivery of quality products and services to customers
11. Actively contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of AAG
12. Be proactive in risk identification, notification and management.
13. Contribute to continuous quality and service delivery improvement through the organisation

What will you bring to the role?
We are seeking candidates with high levels of empathy and compassion to join the Peppergreen Farm team and our ideal candidate will have:
1. Demonstrated barista experience
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to work with people who experience a broad range of disability types and require varying support needs
4. Proven ability to manage time and workload effectively to achieve business priorities in a dynamic environment
5. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office particularly Word and Outlook
6. Demonstrated commitment, alignment and role modelling of WISE Employment's values
7. Experience or qualifications in the disability sector (desirable).
8. Food Handling and Food Safety Certificate (desirable).

1. Australian National Police Check, including Right to work in Australia
2. NDIS Workers Screening Check (fee payable by candidate)
3. Working with Children's Check (WWCC) (fee payable by candidate)
