Mansell are a leading provider for light gauge steel frame buildings and finishes on multimillion pound projects across Residential, Leisure and Education sectors. Experience/ Skills:
* A proven track record in construction commercial management with a experience of business growth and strong client relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration and relationship building with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Proven track record of overseeing the commercials on multiple construction projects, including budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting
* Excellent numerical and financial management skills, including budget analysis and cost control
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities within commercial arrangements
* Experience in leading commercial negotiations with clients, contractors and suppliers
