Part-time - Finance Assistant - 3 Months - TEMPORARY CONTRACT

We are recruiting for a part time Temporary Finance Assistant for a forward-thinking, innovative organisation based in Maidstone.
Working closely with the accounts lead, you will be experienced in Xero and have the ability to work steadily through a high-volume workload. Process-driven, this role will need a worker with a keen eye for detail who is happy to get on with the job in hand.
Duties Include:
1. Using Xero
2. Processing invoices
3. Assisting in day-to-day finance administration
4. Responsible for processing a high volume of invoicing
5. Paying suppliers in line with terms
6. Creating invoices and entering them in Xero
7. Liaising with suppliers, resolving queries
8. One-off tasks as required, such as chasing debtors
This is an office-based role working approximately 17 hours a week across four days.
Suitable candidates will need to have previous experience in a similar role and will preferably have used Xero. In return, the company is offering an opportunity to work for a niche sector market leader with welcoming staff and a vibrant office.
