Key Responsibilities: Report health and safety issues to the Senior Civil Enforcement Officer (CCTV) Perform driving duties and basic vehicle maintenance checks as required Support traffic enforcement using deployed mobile CCTV Ensure vehicles parked on the public highway, in bus lanes, and car parks comply with Traffic Regulation Orders Provide customer service to the public and ensure Pay & Display/Pay on Foot machines function correctly Contribute to the delivery of the Service Delivery Plan Work standard office hours for static CCTV operations and early/late shifts for mobile enforcement roles Wear a uniform and carry appropriate equipment when working in 'on street/car park' roles Job Requirements: Experience in parking enforcement or similar roles Knowledge of traffic regulations and enforcement procedures Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks Proficient in using CCTV for traffic regulation enforcement Excellent customer service skills Ability to contribute to service delivery plans Understanding of health and safety regulations Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings and late evenings Additional Information: Primarily office-based reviewing CCTV contraventions May require operational shifts in 'on street/car park' enforcement roles Role involves wearing a uniform and managing equipment Commitment to safe working practices as per corporate health and safety policies Compliance with city council regulations and policies Promotion of good equalities practice and value diversity Adherence to high standards of work quality and relevant legislation Mandatory training on essential policies and safety requirements If you have experience in parking enforcement and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of public service, we would like to hear from you.
