**Job Description:
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes, ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and providing regular progress reports.
**Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan and compliance with NEC contracts.
2. Provide rolling 3-week-look-ahead plans for operations staff, derived from the main programme, to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring consistency across all planning and controls data sets.
4. Create and disseminate regular progress reports, including weekly updates, EOT assessments, and resource-loaded forecasts for cash-flow and expenditure management.
5. Lead performance monitoring initiatives to enhance site productivity and provide time-related reporting for senior-level review.
6. Ensure timely and accurate submissions of programme information, including Cl32, CE assessments, and monthly updates.
**Requirements:
* Strong planning fundamentals and technical skills in project management software.
* Engineering/site experience as an engineer/site agent or similar, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools/processes, with strong fundamentals and APM accreditation.
* Demonstrated experience in NEC planning roles, with knowledge of last planner systems/lean construction methods.
**Benefits:
