We have a great opportunity for a Welder/Fabricator with an established engineering company in the Portadown area.

Your new role
As a Mig Welder, you will be reading and interpreting blueprints or welding process specifications. You will operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, prepare machinery for the MIG welding process, set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, and ensure safety measures by wearing specialized goggles, helmets, and gloves. Additionally, you will perform grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain desired shapes. The working hours are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Mon - Thurs and Fri until 1:00 pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have 3 years plus experience as a Welder and Fabricator within engineering. You should be able to read engineering drawings and have a good working attitude while working well within a team.
