We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Progressor, with an OTE on offer of circa £40k PA. Our Client, one of the UK's biggest and best established House-building groups are looking to hire a Full-Time, Sales Progressor, on a permanent basis, to work from their South East regions offices in Ebbsfleet, Kent.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director you be responsible for collating, reporting on and facilitating the progression of all of the deals on all of the sites across their region, with a view to bringing as many as possible through to legal completion, as quickly and smoothly as possible.
The successful candidate may have worked in a similar role, for a developer or Estate Agency, or had exposure to the process through working as a New Homes Sales Adviser, legal secretary, mortgage adviser or similar.
