About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to an Asset Management team, playing a crucial role in data intelligence, on Hightown’s growing number of properties.
The primary function of the role will be maintaining and updating Hightown’s asset data and analysing data trends, working with the Head of Asset Management and Sustainability to profile stock data and forward plan component replacement programmes.
The Asset Management Data Intelligence Officer is responsible for processing, analysing, and interpreting data related to the company's stock and financial assets. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of asset data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
The Asset Management Data Intelligence Officer will have responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining the organisations asset management database and will be accountable for obtaining and maintaining data, relating to stock condition and energy efficiency within the housing stock.
It is desirable that the successful candidate have experience or knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and the use of energy efficiency RdSAP. The role will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and Sustainability.
