We are looking for a Business Application Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Compliance, Improvement and Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Business Central, Power Apps, Power BI, other business applications and corresponding integrations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of business applications. Salary: Up to 40,000, depending upon skills and experience. You will: Develop, customise, and configure Dynamics Sales and Business Central, Power Apps, Power BI and other software solutions to meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring high availability, security and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to ensure user satisfaction and build trust. Ensure suitable documentation and change control processes in place. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new applications and enhancements. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge business needs with technical capabilities. Create detailed functional specifications and technical documentation. Participate in application development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users, to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of applications. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any questions or issues that arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest software development (in particular Microsoft) technologies and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance application performance and user experience. Participate in regular reviews and audits of application performance and security We are looking for: Experience and Knowledge Experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Business Central. Experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Power Apps, and Power BI. Database management and querying. Software Development, including System Analysis and Design and Software Testing. Proficiency in office application like Excel for data analysis and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Skills and Abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and resolve software and application issues efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
