Job title: Website Manager Slaary: Up to 45k Location: Trafford Park, Manchester- 1 day per week home based Forward Role are thrilled to be partnering with a leading manufacturer and distributor, within the FMCG industry, who offer a wide range of products to both consumers and businesses. They are looking for a B2B Website Manager to join their growing team, where you will be responsible for overseeing their company websites and contributing to the ecommerce strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and Brand Manager's to ensure website optimisation and subsequently help drive revenue for the business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Website Strategy & Content Management: Own the management and continuous optimisation of the company websites Keep website content fresh, relevant, and in line with the business objectives and branding. Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver high-quality visuals, videos, and assets. Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent content updates across all platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and messaging. Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance the website's search engine performance and drive organic traffic. Community & Social Media Engagement: Actively monitor and manage social media channels, identifying opportunities for engagement and growth. Build and nurture a loyal online community, encouraging participation and interaction through targeted campaigns and content. Work with the team to create engaging content that resonates with their B2B audience. Analytics & Performance Optimisation: Track and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Create and present regular performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation. Utilise data to refine strategies, ensuring the site's performance aligns with business goals.
