In this exciting new role, you will support our network of franchisees in the UK, France and around the world by creating and issuing franchisee contracts and agent contracts. You will proactively support the sale and advertising of UK and French franchise territories by working on recruitment campaigns, assessing match of applicants on the telephone and at face to face interviews finding new franchise owners for our business alongside helping to onboard new franchisees. Our Franchisee Recruiter will: • Administer contract renewals for our franchisees and agents • Advertise franchise businesses for sale across a variety of platforms • Produce accurate and timely reporting and analysis of our media campaigns • Use their strong communication skills to identify candidates with match at first telephone call • Interview candidates following our selection process using psychometric and other assessment tools to guide decision making • Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process and selling franchisees through the sale process to ensure deadlines are met • Assist in the valuation of franchise businesses Our Franchisee Recruiter will have: • Previous administrative experience • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a calm, composed manner • Native level French and English – verbal and written • Good level of numeracy and analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Good planning and organisational skills • Confident IT skills particularly Excel • Be happy to travel to our French office in Cergy We offer: • Salary up to £39,000 depending on experience • Initially based at our Norton Canes office relocating to our Shenstone office by October 2024, with flexible working options available • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays • Non-contributory private health care and critical illness cover • Generous contributory pension scheme • Life insurance at three times salary • Employee assistance programme • Staff purchase scheme - take home products for FREE • A varied and autonomous role with a financially stable business • Companywide training programme to develop key skills Apply today If you are looking for an exciting and varied role, with the opportunity to learn new skills, work as part of a great team, and make a difference every day, then we really look forward to hearing from you.
