Location: Onsite, Lincoln
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Contract: Full time

Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all operations and KPIs within the factory
2. Contribute to the development of the sites in order to achieve all objectives
3. Review lead processes within to meet FEMAS, BRC, TFMS and other external and internal audit criteria, including CCP’s, GMP, Complaints, Non-Conformances and Audit readiness
4. Manage customer service level to business agreed targets
5. Manage resources to ensure optimum productivity with minimum downtime
What we want from you:
Essential:
1. Experience in Food Manufacturing
Desirable:
1. Degree Level qualification
2. 5 years’ experience in management within FMCG (ideally high risk food manufacturer(s))
3. Financial/Budgeting skills
