We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join the Innovate Project Support Office. They will provide comprehensive, high level administrative and support services to Innovate programmes and projects, for multiple hospital Trusts, Primary Care and the Digital Hub.

Job responsibilities
* Assisting the Programme and Project Managers with the implementation of project management methodology and standards.
* Co-ordinating and supporting the Digital Project and Programme Boards.
* Producing and maintaining project governance materials.
* Maintaining and coordinating key project artefacts such as Action logs, Risk and Issue Logs, project charters, and core documentation.
* Supporting project Go-lives, engagement events, and communication activities.
* Ensuring appropriate standards are met for documentation and control using appropriate project management methodology, such as PRINCE2.
* Offering planning and support capacity.
* Supporting the completion of project documentation.
* Providing personnel and expertise to projects where appropriate.
* Providing a centralised facility for the dissemination of project information.
* Meeting coordination support.
* Mailbox management.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in supporting projects.
* Training or qualification in one or more project management or project planning systems (e.g. Prince2, MS Project, or similar).
Skills and Ability
* Ability to work on own initiative with a solution-focused work style.
* Effective time management and able to prioritise a changeable workload.
* Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
* The ability to work flexibly and as a good team player.
* Excellent organisational ability including time and systems management skills.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Good IT skills including experience of Office, Excel, Outlook, Access, the Internet, and social media.
* Ability to travel independently to a variety of locations across Coventry and Warwickshire, as and when required.
Experience
* Communications and engagement experience (internal and external).
* Experience of project management and project planning.
* Experience of working in the healthcare industry.
£28,090 a year or equivalent NHS T&C's, if eligible.
