Hybrid: Hybrid Working Available
Hours of work: Up to 37 Hours Per Week
Role information:
* Human Factors Integration - Lead the development of policies, procedures, and risk assessments related to Human Factors in high-hazard activities, including Safety Critical Task Analysis.
* Training & Awareness - Develop and deliver Human Factors training and support specialist trainees.
* Incident Support - Support investigations of incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences.
* Collaboration - Build relationships with Human Factors professionals and professional bodies (e.g., CIEHF).
* Risk Management - Integrate Human Factors risk management into overall health, safety, and environmental protection strategies.
* Desirable Experience - Experience with high hazard industries, "Process" or "System" Safety, and environmental protection regulations.
Qualifications/Experience Required
* Chartered Member of Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
* Experience in Safety Critical Task Analysis in high hazard facilities.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Practical experience and understanding of managing risks in high hazard environments
