Role Summary: As a Fleet Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and forecasting fleet allocation using Excel models.
* Planning fleet cascades, refurbishments, and disposals to maximize efficiency.
* Supporting the Finance team with capital investment tracking and forecasting.
* Analysing fleet performance data to uncover insights and drive optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain fleet delivery schedules while collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams.
* Coordinate refurbishment projects and track financial benefits.
* Utilize Excel to analyse data, monitor performance, and create dashboards.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting capital investment projects, ensuring financial alignment.
Qualifications:
* Experience in fleet management or scheduling coordination is highly desirable.
* Advanced Excel skills, including complex data analysis and modelling.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Finance knowledge and familiarity with the bus industry are advantageous.
* Someone with keen attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
