Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to internal and external communications within set deadlines.
* Acting as the first point of contact for general and tenant enquiries.
* Creating and updating housing register applications.
* Taking telephone payments for various charges.
* Raising purchase orders and processing payment requests.
* Processing data related to housing management functions.
* Scanning, indexing, and distributing housing-related documents.
* Handling post and inbox duties.
* Monitoring and ordering stationery and cleaning supplies for Supported Housing stock.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with both internal and external customers,
3. Use your initiative to handle enquiries and solve problems.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Initiative and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in administrative support and data processing.
