We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Income Officer to join our dynamic team in the LBS-008 position. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the income reporting process to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Conduct regular audits of income sources and financial reports to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses related to income streams.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation and optimize financial performance.
Prepare and present detailed reports on income trends and financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights and inform strategic decision-making regarding income opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls related to income reporting and management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices related to income management.
