Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to the care team.
* Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their development and well-being.
* Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety.
* Lead by example, supporting staff through supervision, appraisals, and training.
Qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in residential settings, particularly with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
* Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
