TheRole
We are seeking anexperienced fee earner to join our clients thriving Wills andProbate department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of5 years experience in handling a variety of private client casesfrom start to finish with an opportunity for significant careerprogression.
This role involvesmanaging a mixed caseload of Wills and Probate matters while alsooverseeing work allocation within the department and assisting withthe training and supervision of junior team members. Keyresponsibilities willinclude:
* Drafting andadvising on Wills Probate and Powers ofAttorney
* Handling Court ofProtection cases
* Trusts and EstatePlanning
* Providing advice on WealthManagement and InheritanceTax
Requirements
1. Aminimum of 5 years experience managing Wills and Probate casesindependently
2. IT literate withexperience using case managementsystems
3. Strong interpersonal andclient care skills
4. Ability to workeffectively both independently and as part of ateam
5. Willingness to participate inbusiness developmentinitiatives
