About the role
As Head of Marketing, you will:
1. Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the company to meet its business goals
2. Manage all channels used for the digital promotion of the company, apprenticeships and commercial training to all external stakeholders
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote the company and programme.
4. Develop creative marketing materials in support of promoting commercial activities
5. Raise business enquiries and apprentice applications through savvy media campaigns driving traffic to company website
6. Research and develop new routes / media / platforms to expand digital reach to target audience
7. Support and enhance customer digital activity

About the Responsibilities
In the role of Head of Marketing, duties include:
8. Ownership of the company’s marketing function
9. Support the ongoing development of the organisation's website
10. Create and manage interesting and engaging social media activity and maintain ongoing interesting news items
11. Develop and dispatch email marketing campaigns
12. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
13. Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
14. Design website banners and assist with web visuals
15. Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners in support of their internal media campaigns
16. In conjunction with IT department, conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
17. Develop social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
18. Understand web analytics software to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
19. Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
20. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
21. Keep up to date with current digital trends
22. Develop an effective contact database and assist with lead generation activities

About the rewards
For the position of Head of Marketing, the role is for 3 days a week, and the working days and hours are negotiable.
There is a salary on offer of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, with 25 days annual leave (3 days set aside for Christmas shutdown).
