Job Title: Senior Project Professional - Delivery (Function)

Salary: £40,748 per annum
What you'll be doing:
* Working in partnership with our Shared Services and Function teams and as part of the wider HR Team.
* Supporting the Early Careers lifecycle from applications and interviews through to exits into substantive roles and everything in between.
* Engaging regularly with early careers to identify areas for development within the programmes.
* Maintaining regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional working.
* Actively participating in key forums within the Early Careers community and wider business.
* Understanding the full nature and requirements of all available Early Careers schemes.
* Supporting both personal and Career Development pathways.
Your skills and experiences:
* Ability to communicate in a personable manner while maintaining clarity and precision.
* Willingness and ability to research issues while engaging with stakeholders to ensure the best outcome.
* Good ability to balance and respond to the needs of a range of stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems/processes.
* Experience of working with young people and/or apprenticeship schemes and graduate frameworks.
* Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate people.

The Integrated Combat Systems HR team:
By joining the team, you will be part of the larger Submarines HR function. The Integrated Combat Systems business is responsible for the technology and combat system within the Submarine. You would be joining a welcoming, supportive, and professional team that works hard to achieve the best outcomes possible for individuals and the business. We are currently working on a range of projects including STEM events, soft skills training delivery, and process improvements across the early careers population. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
