We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join us at our client site in Surrey. Our client site is home to a large international streaming service who make documentaries and films.
The Front of House Assistant will play a key role in providing a professional and outstanding customer service, while collaborating closely with the dedicated Studio Helpdesk. This role ensures smooth site entry and excellent communication with the client, visitors, site crew and team members.

* The Role – Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, variable between 0600 and 1700 (operational from Monday 0600 to 1400, Tuesday 0700 to 1500 with the ability to be flexible during peak times)

A typical day in the life as a Front of House Assistant:
* Ensure all visitors and site crew experience a smooth and professional entry to the site.
* Coordinate, create and manage visitor and studio user credentials.
* Follow mailroom procedures, manage day to day postal duties efficiently.
* Manage day to day reception duties.
