The Opportunity:
As Brand Director, the successful candidate will lead the brand’s growth strategy and oversee its marketing, creative, and community initiatives. Working directly with the founders, this role offers the unique chance to shape the brand’s identity and elevate its position in the market.
From steering dynamic marketing campaigns to building a loyal customer base, the Brand Director will have the freedom to influence every aspect of the brand’s journey in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and achieve ambitious business goals.
* Brand Evolution: Partner closely with the Founder/Creative Director to refine and elevate the brand’s image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Community Building: Drive community engagement through strategic social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and retention initiatives.
* Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver world-class content and assets that resonate across all channels.
* PR & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong media and partnership relationships to tell compelling brand stories and enhance visibility.
* Data-Driven Performance: Work with Product and Commercial teams to deliver high-performing creative strategies for both paid and organic traffic.
* Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget with a focus on maximising ROI and ensuring cost efficiency.
* Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed performance reports to the leadership team, providing actionable insights to refine and optimise strategies.

* Proven Experience: Senior leadership experience within the e-commerce or fashion space, ideally with a background in luxury or premium brands.
* Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of multiple marketing channels, including social media, digital, partnerships, and community-driven strategies.
* Leadership Skills: The ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Creative Vision: A forward-thinking mindset with an eye for design and storytelling, staying ahead of trends to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
* Digital Savvy: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and performance optimisation.
* Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership.
