: Position: Director, Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Location: Dungannon Business Park (NI) or Hosur (IN) Reporting to: Sr. Director, Parts Operations and Material Management The Director of Supply Chain and Demand Planning will oversee all aspects for parts planning, forecasting, and supply chain activities associated with the Terex Global, Materials Processing segment, with team members based in Dungannon NI, Roosendaal NL, Louisville & Southaven USA. The role will manage the supply chain life cycle through the development and implementation of the strategy and execution of tactical plans, to drive forecasting, sourcing, and procurement to ensure the parts are received on-time to fulfill customer demand, reduce stock outs, minimize excess & obsolescence, and maximise ROIC. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, collaboration, and problem solving are critical for success in this role. Main Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand forecasting, production planning, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies in line with business goals and objectives. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Monitor KPI performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of demand & supply chain professionals who are responsible for day-to-day execution and delivering organization goals. Develop & communicate Budget & periodic forecasts by business segment / site. Facilitate monthly reviews of forecast accuracy results and utilise feedback from Sales to adjust forward estimates. Implement Sales Operations Planning Process. Analyse and design the right mix of transactional and optimization IT solutions/ Process management across the supply chain. Accountable for order planning to achieve target inventory turnover while minimizing negative customer impacts due to material shortage or delays. Establish successful relationships with suppliers on a country, regional or global basis to ensure the availability of materials. Lead & drive supplier quality & delivery Support the various quality / commodity / platform initiatives. Work with global commodity manager and strategic supply chain management teams on sourcing strategies including supplier selection, risk analysis, supplier quality, payment terms, lead-times, and capacity/flexibility management. Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Excess and Obsolete(E&O) inventory review and reduction Support various projects to grow / develop market share. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Demonstrate effective leadership, in both strategic and tactical decision making. Strong leadership and strong interpersonal skills to build and lead highly effective teams. Excellent communication and presentations skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge on planning and forecasting systems. Experience of leading global teams across multiple sites and cultures Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills to build strong relationships with key Suppliers and Internal stakeholders including sales, finance, technical, customer service, pricing, and business segments. Financial acumen including a full understanding of how supply chain planning decisions impact the balance sheet and profit & loss.
