Portfolio Manager
Location: Grantham
Salary: £23,000pa - £24,000pa
Type: Permanent
One of the largest and leading, award-winning property specialists in the UK, are recruiting a Portfolio Manager for their busy and successful branch in Grantham.
Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out regular Landlord and tenant updates
2. Organising maintenance and repairs with contractors
3. Organising compliance and scheduling of gas/electricity certificates, PAT testing, risk assessments, etc.
4. Processing invoices for contractors
5. Dealing with customer/tenant and landlord enquiries
6. Maintaining accurate records of all activity
Requirements and Skills:
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Proficient in IT systems, data entry skills, and record keeping
3. Team player
4. Self-motivated and organised
5. Desire to succeed
6. Good work ethic - punctual and reliable
Benefits:

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am to 1:00pm.
